Product Description

How to Replace the Heating Element
- Carefully remove the silicone tube downward.
- Open the hot air gun handle.
- Disconnect the ground connection plug.
- Remove the old heating element.
- Install the new heating core in the correct position.
- Reassemble the handle in reverse order.
Important Safety Notes
- Do not damage the mica heat insulator inside the handle.
- Avoid pressing or forcing the heating element during installation.
- Ensure proper alignment with the positioning holes.
- Do not allow the heating element to touch the front metal mesh.
- Replace damaged insulation immediately to prevent electrical leakage.
