The UNI-T UT582+ Digital RCD/ELCB Tester is a professional electrical safety testing instrument designed for electricians, maintenance engineers, and inspection professionals. It accurately tests RCD, RCCB, ELCB, and leakage protection switches with high precision using an intelligent microprocessor. The built-in AUTO RAMP function automatically increases the test current from 20% to 110% while simultaneously measuring trip time and trip current for complete RCD analysis.

The UT582+ also features AC voltage measurement (30V–600V), frequency measurement (45Hz–65Hz), automatic data hold, contact voltage alarm, fuse protection, and CAT III 600V safety rating. Its double-insulated construction, LCD backlight, automatic shutdown, and battery-powered operation make it a reliable tool for electrical installation, maintenance, and safety inspections.
